FAQ:
1. What should I do if there is water in the watch?
If there is only a small amount of water vapor inside the watch, the water vapor will disappear automatically over time, or the watch will be properly heated (recommended ambient temperature is 60 degrees Celsius). After two hours, the water vapor will disappear automatically. If there are some water droplets in the watch, please do the repair as soon as possible.
2. Special instructions:
The fully automatic mechanical watch relies on the movement of the arm to automatically wind the string, so it must be worn for more than eight hours a day to ensure the accuracy of the timing. Some mechanical watches can also be energized by manual winding by rotating the ring 15 times clockwise without pulling the button out. Manual and automatic mechanical watches are not automatic chains, and manual chains are not used to compensate for energy.
3. Warning:
Under normal circumstances, the watch will be able to adjust the date during the period from 8:00 am to 4:00 am, and frequently adjusting the calendar during this period will cause the calendar to be damaged.
Mechanical watches should be kept away from TV, computers and other magnetic fields, so as not to affect the normal operation of the watch.

I loved the Seiko 62MAS when they were re-released, but wasn’t about to pay nearly $4,000 USD for one. Then I saw a YouTube review of the San Martin version on the Just One More Watch channel. I researched the watch, and decided to order one directly from the San Martin website. This was my first order with San Martin, and the entire experience has been extremely positive. Ordering was easy, but the follow up and customer service from San Martin has been truly impressive. Upon ordering, I immediately received an email confirmation clearly and accurately detailing my customized order. (I got the grey, no logo version with the fully lumed bezel.) Next I got a personal email from Glenn Yu in their sales department with a photo of the actual package and shipping label along with a tracking number. However, a couple of days later, I got another email from Glenn letting me know that customs had rejected the original shipment, and they were reshipping my watch. Once again, this was a personal email from Glenn Yu with photos of the package and shipping label. Within 5 days my watch arrive in Austin, TX.
I love my new watch. It’s amazing quality for a terrific price. However, I plan on ordering more from San Martin Watches because of their personalized service, and fast processing. Great job San Martin, and a special thank you to Glenn Yu.

The above specs all checked out and any cincerns I had were put to rest. Fully lumed bezel (a free optional extra) moves well with minimal backplay. I chose the hexagonal San Martin logo for at a small extra charge. The watch has quality finishing and great lume.
Slight negatives: the steel bracelet clasp needs a very firm press to close. Also, so far its losing about 22 seconds a day. All in all it’s a good deal and my contact throughout the purchase Glenn Yu made every effort to guide me through a quite complicated delivery process. It arrived (from China to Taiwan) within just one week.

It was a very satisfying purchase. The quality of the watch is better than I expected. The dial and brush finish were particularly impressive.
The overall edge finish feels rough, but it doesn’t bother me much.
There is a polished finish between the links of the Bracelet. This makes watches more luxurious.
And customer service is fantastic.
If you have the money to buy a real 62mas. After buying the San Martin watch with that money, And buy Omega or Grand Seiko with the extra money.

I’ll preface this review by saying, I’ve owned two 1967 62MAS watches, both in good condition, for quite a few years. And probably like you had seen the (great) YouTube reviews of this SAN Martin homage while considering whether to purchase it. What those reviews don’t tell about is what I call ‘the time machine effect’! You see, having studied the nicely patinaed dials of my older watches for a number of years, and then on opening the box containing my San Martin 62MAS homage and find myself looking at a pristine ‘62MAS’ dial, bezel, and case I felt like I’d been transported back to 1967! This watch is stunning! A very beautiful and accurate homage to the Seiko 6217. And when I say accurate, there are a few variations of course. But the differences reflect design progress and technical improvements. Sapphire crystal and bezel, larger case. But rest assured there beats inside a Seiko (NH35) movement. In summary, this is a beautiful 62MAS homage that you can wear every day and imagine being transported back to 1967, while at the same time enjoying a quality modern, tougher, and more accurate watch. Mine has averaged -3 seconds per day over two weeks. I’m very happy! Frankly, and objectively, this is a better watch than was the original and represents a true value proposition. Go on, treat yourself! And you’ll get a real ‘time machine’!

I have SN007 version 4 for about 5 months and want to write a positive, balance, and honest review for people. Top 3 positive things are: 1) Responsive customer services and problems are resolved as soon as it can be. Customer services is courteous and I really like it. 2) The gray dial has the right amount of sunburst effect and the loom is exceptionally good. It is a very legible both day and night. 3) The watch feel good on the wrist with good weight and has nice finish. Top 2 negative are: 1) The clasp wouldn’t close unless one pushed super hard to force it close. San Martin fixed the defect by mailing out a new clasp, but one needs to know how to change the clasp. I don’t have a problem because it gives me an opportunity to learn how to do it. 2) The watch was initially running good, but for unknown reasons, it started to run slow and slower like -25s/day on average. I finally reached out to San Martin and he suggested me to fully wind the watch. I have been doing it everyday even I ware it all day. So far, it is still running slow and just slightly below the spec. Overall, I still like this watch and I would still give a good rating because of good customer services. Perhaps, I just got a bad luck on bad NH35.
